Getting down to the nuts and bolts.

Pistachio plants are shrubs and small trees. The leaves are alternate, pinnately compound, and can be either evergreen or deciduous depending on species.
The plants emit a bitter, resinous or medicative smell, which in some species is very intense and aromatic.

The pistachio is a medium length stem: 50-60 cm.
A finecut is made up of 20 stems.
